The classic tour to the glittering Lakes of Salzkammergut.
The 10-Lakes-Tour was the first tour developed by the Eurobike-Team. Since then it became one of our best selling tours. The “Jubilee Tour” offers a lesser known part of the tour: “Ibmer Moor”, largest moor of middle Europe, Holzoester – an idyllic village on the same named lake and place of origin of Eurobike.

Day 6: Lake Mondsee / Lake Attersee – Lake Wolfgangsee approx. 45-55 km
Along the south bank of Lake Attersee you reach idyllic valley Weißenbachtal. This connecting route to river valley Trauntal brings us to historic summer residence of Austrian Emperors, Bad Ischl. Along the rushing waters of Ischler Ache you cover the short distance to Lake Wolfgangsee. St. Wolfgang (White Horse Inn, parish church, rack-railway on Schafberg), Strobl, Abersee (Zinkenbach gorge) and St. Gilgen, the Mozart village on Lake Wolfgangsee are the places to stay overnight.
Day 7: Lake Wolfgangsee – Salzburg approx. 40 - 50 km

On a long descent you reach Lake Hintersee and through gorge Strubklamm you reach the idyllic valley Wiestal (reservoir). Afterwards you cycle through the gorge Glasenbachklamm to the valley of river Salzach. Before entering the city of Salzburg visit the shady park of Castle Hellbrunn (Sound of Music – gazebo, park, zoo, water-games). Your destination, the festival and Mozart city Salzburg with many popular points of interest (fortress, old town with Mozart’s birth house) should be a reason to allow some extra days for sightseeing.
