Day 1: Individual journey to Potsdam
Welcome briefing and distribution of rental bikes in the afternoon.
Day 2: Potsdam loop tour approx. 25 km
You can visit all places of interest in Potsdam by bike: Villas in Neugabelsberg, palace Babelsberg, Lake Griebnizsee, Neuer Garten, palace Cecilienhof, the Forbidden City with KGB-prison, Russian Colony Alexandrowka, mountain Pfingsberg, palace Sanssouci with park and the Dutch quarter.
Day 3: River Havel and Lake Wannsee approx. 55 km
You reach famous Lake Wannsee via Glienicker Bridge and along the banks. Afterwards you continue through Berlins Grunewald with tower, along Havel bike path, via Gatow with famous church and Sacrow with famous palace back to Potsdam.
Day 4: Lake Templiner See and Schwielower Lake approx. 55 km
You cycle long Templiner Lake to Caputh (Einstein house) and along Lake Schwielowsee and via Ferch to Petzow. We recommend visiting fortress and church. Afterwards you cycle to the beautiful peninsula of Werder which is well-known for fruit-growing and via Geltow and along Havel bike path back to Potsdam.
Day 5: Rest day in Potsdam
Visit palace Sanssouci, join a guided tour which leads you along the trails of Ufa Größen and Babelsberg or stroll through the Dutch quarter. A journey by ship is included in the tour price.
Day 6: Individual departure
Route features
This is an easy tour on bike paths and along the banks, sometimes also over cobble stones and roads with less traffic.
