Arrival to Strasbourg
Arrival in Strasbourg, discover this beautiful city!
You will leave Strasbourg along the Rhône-Rhine canal which will lead you along its very pretty cycle track into the heart of Sélestat.
You will travel through the landscapes and villages and along the channel from Marckolsheim until Colmar.
You have some more time to visit the art city Colmar. You drive through cycle tracks and sometimes on traffic-poor side roads and will get Riquewihr. At the foot of the Vosges nestle the winemaking villages responsible for the reputation of the Alsatian Grand Crus: Eguisheim, Turkheim and Kaysersberg.
Along the wine road you will discover the villages of Barr, Andlau and its abbey, Bergheim, Ribeauvillé, Hunawihr.
From there, along the cycle track on the banks of the Bruche canal, you will reach the capital of Europe: Strasbourg. Either the end of your stay either an additional night.
You cycle mostly on bike paths and sometimes on secondary roads with less traffic. Only one stage in the vineyards is hilly, the rest is flat.
