Your safety on our tours

Despite the challenging situation, it is particularly important to us that we comply with our Eurofun standards as far as possible. Nevertheless, it could happen that in the accommodation and in the restaurants in particular, some services have to be adapted to the current situation in order to comply with the regulations that are so important (e.g. breakfast served at the table, restricted wellness area, no bar etc.). Your host will advise you of all further details and precautions upon arrival.

For safety reasons, no personal tour information meetings will take place on Eurobike Original Tours until further notice. Of course, we are always available by phone with help and advice!

When maintaining the equipment (rental bikes, saddlebags etc.) hygiene is more important than ever before. The luggage transport will be carried out in compliance with all necessary safety measures. Our employees will follow hygiene regulations and will be equipped with mouth and nose protection masks, gloves and a means for regular hand disinfection. When transferring people, the distance rules will be observed as far as possible and the wearing of mouth and nose masks is mandatory for all occupants.

In order to be able to carry out our trips, it may be necessary to adapt individual routes. For example, cross-border train journeys or some ascents or descents by cable car could be omitted. At these points, an alternative, equivalent tour route has been developed to ensure you have a good travel experience. We ask for your understanding if there are deviations here and there.
