Wolfgang, one of the group participants writes: Our bike group first decided to take a tour with Eurobike more than 10 years ago. Since then we book a cycle tour with them every year. We are always enthusiastic about the beautiful tours and above all the sensational support of the Eurobike team!

Last year, the choice fell on the Bassano del Grappa centre-based tour in the heart of Veneto.

The starting point was is Hotel Sweet, a comfortable, family-run 4-star hotel, which surprises with its brasserie fish restaurant ‘La Venezia’ serving top regional delicacies.

The Bassano centre-based tour is a manageable one. Overall, there are only a few gradients, but many cultural and culinary highlights: cappuccino in Piazza Garibaldi in Asolo, grappa tasting in Bassano, the interesting old town of Vicenza, the medieval Marostica, I would like to go back just thinking about it, says Wolfgang.

In the early evening we could relax at the hotel’s pool with a glass of Aperol. Afterwards a delicious Italian dinner was served in order to rebuild our strength to pedal through the wonderful landscape the next day. A true pleasure for all the senses! And this also builds physical fitness, what more could you want?
