Itinerary at a glance

You will make your own way to Bodrum. Shared transfers from Bodrum Airport to the harbour in Bodrum are available on request for a fee. Cabins are available from 4 pm. After checking in on the gulet, you will have the opportunity to explore the charming old town and the harbour. Your trip begins with a group dinner on board. It is not uncommon for the last participants to arrive on board late in the evening.

After breakfast, you’ll weigh anchor for your first short crossing to Yalıҁiftlik. From there, you’ll set out on your first bike ride through dense pine forests to Camlik, where you can refresh yourself with a drink break. The route continues through olive groves shimmering in shades of silver and green to the small village of Etrim. Here, Turkmen tribes continue to lead a semi-nomadic lifestyle to this day. During a lunch break at a local restaurant, you’ll have the opportunity to sample traditional regional cuisine and then admire local handicrafts. Afterward, you’ll return to Yalıҁiftlik, where you can take a dip in the cool water at a beautiful beach in the afternoon or relax in a tea garden. Dinner on board and overnight stay in Yalıҁiftlik.

From Yalıҁiftlik, your bike tour takes you through lush countryside into the hinterland and finally back to the coast to Mazı. Here, your boat will be waiting for you for lunch, and you can relax during the approximately two-and-a-half-hour crossing to Akbük. Akbük is a charming little harbor where you can enjoy plenty of swimming in the afternoon. Dinner on board and overnight stay in Akbük.

A morning shuttle service takes you from Akbük to the enchanting mountain village of Sarnıçköy. From there, you’ll continue by bike to neighboring Akyaka, where you’ll make a stop. This picturesque town is characterized by a pseudo-Seljuk-Ottoman architectural style featuring prominent wooden elements, which is unique to Turkey. This one-of-a-kind design was created by the award-winning architect Nail Cakırhan. A short stroll through the village is definitely worth it! At the entrance to the village, you’ll also find several ancient rock-cut tombs. Dinner on board and overnight stay in Akyaka.

In the morning, you’ll take a loop tour around Akyaka that leads you away from the coast and into the hinterland through unspoiled countryside. Enjoy the virtually untouched nature and the solitude of this landscape before returning to Akyaka for lunch. Afterward, you’ll cross over to the picturesque bay of Ҁamlı, where you’ll have the opportunity to jump straight from the boat into the inviting waters for a swim. Dinner on board and overnight stay in Ҁamlı.

From Ҁamlı, today’s bike tour takes you through small villages and fragrant pine forests to the picturesque English Bay. In this stunning bay, you can swim to your heart’s content. On the subsequent 1.5-hour ferry ride to Yedi Adalar (Seven Islands), you can relax and enjoy the sun and the salty sea air on your skin. Dinner on board and overnight stay at anchor.

In the morning, take the ferry to Körmen on the Datça Peninsula, which you’ll explore by bike today. An initial climb takes you up to an elevation of 450 m before the route descends back toward the sea. On a clear day, you can see as far as the Greek islands of Nisyros, Tilos, and Rhodes. The route continues along a scenic road that takes you along the coast and later through rural areas until you finally reach today’s destination, Knidos. After touring the impressive archaeological site, you’ll spend the night in one of the most picturesque bays on the Turkish coast and enjoy a farewell dinner on board.

After breakfast on board, enjoy the sea breeze one last time on the final crossing to Bodrum. Once you arrive in Bodrum, it’s time to say goodbye to your ship, the crew, and your tour guides. Check out and, if desired, take a transfer to the airport (for an additional fee) to begin your individual journey home or extend your vacation in Turkey.
