Product Knowledge and Insider Tips

No one knows the routes better than those who call them home. That’s why we rely on local expertise: in Tuscany, our team greets you with a genuine “buon giorno,” while in Bolzano, at our destianation office, Stefano Mancinelli welcomes you in two languages. On the Portuguese island of Madeira, our colleague Ricardo Gouveia is already waiting for you with the island’s best insider tips.

As locals, our destination managers know more than just the official routes—they know the hidden highlights. To ensure this knowledge fits seamlessly into our travel experience, we go into detail: in in-depth training sessions with our product management team, we cover everything essential for the 2026 season—from precise route planning and using our Eurobike on Tour app to every detail of your travel documents.

Our team are exceptionally well prepared, with product training that provides the latest insights into both our existing and new cycling holidays.

Your Point of Contact in South Tyrol

For our Eurobike cycling tours in South Tyrol, our Bolzano destination office serves as the central hub for all active tours in northern Italy. Here, destination manager Stefano Mancinelli and his dedicated team welcome you.

Experience your own active adventure on our cycling holiday from Bolzano to Venice along the Adige Cycle Path, or discover the South Tyrol Cycle Tour. The region is also perfect for a short cycling getaway, such as our short trip from Merano to Lake Garda.

Vehicle Safety Training

Another training from last year that we’d like to highlight during the Training Days focused on safe vehicle handling. A group of our team members had the chance to participate in an engaging course at the ARBÖ center in Straßwalchen, with a key focus on safely towing a bike trailer. The insights and best practices from this training were then shared with staff at all our regional bases during the Training Days.

The Start: Your Welcome Briefing

Your vacation begins with peace of mind: upon arrival, you are personally welcomed by our support team on-site. During your welcome briefing, we take the time to go through your travel documents, which will be waiting for you at your hotel, point by point. From the route book and hotel list to vouchers for cable cars and transfers—we explain every detail. To ensure this briefing is the perfect kickoff for your journey, we prepare our team extensively during the Training Days. This ensures you always have an expert by your side at your destination office, ready to provide professional answers to any question.

The Invisible Advantage: Precision Luggage Service

Cycling without the heavy lifting: a highlight of every Eurobike vacation is our reliable luggage transfer. While you enjoy nature completely carefree with only a light daypack, our team performs a logistical masterpiece behind the scenes. To ensure your suitcase is waiting for you at your next accommodation by evening, we precisely coordinate countless pieces of luggage across a wide variety of routes. This precision is no accident: at the Eurobike Training Days, perfecting luggage logistics is a core focus, allowing you to fully concentrate on the trail ahead.

Expertly Prepared for Every Situation

Cycling in the great outdoors is an experience we all love. However, if nature surprises us with unexpected events, or a section of the route is closed on short notice for maintenance, we won’t leave you stranded. Your on-site tour representative responds immediately and knows the best alternatives. Through a direct line to our headquarters in the Salzburg Lake District, our travel specialists are always up to date. Whether by phone or email, we ensure clear information and a completely safe hiking vacation.

Mindful with every turn of the crank

We love the untouched nature that our routs lead through. To ensure these breathtaking landscapes and precious habitats remain as pure for future generations as they are today, sustainable travel is a cause close to our hearts. We are constantly seeking ways to reduce our ecological footprint. Our destination offices are expertly trained to provide you with valuable tips for an eco-conscious cycling experience. A major milestone in April 2025 was achieving our Travelife certification—yes, we are officially certified! When we all treat our environment with mindfulness, we preserve what makes cycling so special: intact, wild nature.

Ready Together for the Season Kickoff

Networking, Eurobike-style: during our Training Days, we bring experts from all our destination offices together at one table. Since many of our colleagues have been part of the Eurobike family for years, there is always a warm, familiar atmosphere when they arrive in Obertrum. Laughter, “shop talk,” and shared excitement for welcoming our first guests of the 2026 season fill the air. Our traditional farewell dinner provides the perfect setting for this exchange, allowing us to reflect on the training days while enjoying excellent cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere.
