The five-strong team around station manager Josè Luis Serrano del Àguila is responsible for all on-site support in the region of Bavaria, especially for Munich. Together they ensure that everything runs smoothly and guarantee reliable support around the clock during your cycle tour in Bavaria. If you have any problems or questions, you are welcome to contact the bike station at any time. In addition, you can also ask about one or the other insider tip, because our employees know the region very well and are of course familiar with the area.

The beginnings of the Munich bike station

The bike station in Munich was launched a few years ago, or to be more precise, it has existed since 2008. Since then, the on-site team has carried out all tasks directly at the station. However, the bikes and e-bikes are not in Munich, but come from the Schärding bike station. Thanks to the large amount of space in St. Florian am Inn and the not too long distances, the bikes are parked there and, if necessary, delivered to Munich. Since 2009, all of our hiking trips have been managed there by Eurobike.

The tasks of the support team

The tasks and thus also the everyday life of a bike station is very diverse and varied. Of course, the first priority is a reliable on-site support, which gives guests a good feeling. For this reason, a personal welcome meeting with the handing over of travel documents takes place on the day of arrival. In addition, rental bikes will be individually adapted to you and your luggage will be transported from A to B during the cycle holiday. So that you can always reach us, the service telephone is the daily companion of the station staff.
