The Eurobike Team in the Palatinate

The Eurobike team around station manager Mathias Kropfinger takes care of the entire holiday including the organisation and above all, your wellbeing. Hard-working and full of motivation, they all work together to ensure you have a carefree and memorable holiday. If you have any problems, requests or other questions, you can also reach the service telephone at any time. They are at your disposal with help and advice. And you can also ask the support team for recommendations or insider tips, because ultimately they know the area best and are at home there.

The beginnings of the Palatinate bike station

Numerous cycle tourists were drawn to the beautiful Palatinate early on. We at Eurobike recognised this trend early on and therefore opened a bike station in the Palatinate many years ago, in 2005 to be precise. In addition to station manager Mathias, another five employees work there and there are about 120 bikes in the bike storage. The location is ideal for reliably looking after all tours and guests in the Palatinate and on the Rhine on site.

The tasks of the support team

Varied and diverse best describe the daily tasks of a bike station. No time for boredom. The to-do’s include a personal greeting with an information meeting, preparing and handing over the travel documents, customising the rental bikes and transporting luggage from one hotel to the next. Great value is placed above all on equipment maintenance. Ultimately, the bike is your faithful companion for the entire holiday and therefore needs to function perfectly.
