The La Vélodyssée long-distance cycling route begins in the southwest of England and winds through Brittany to the Atlantic coast. Throughout this region, the sea accompanies you along your journey. Don't forget to pack your swimwear, as there are plenty of beaches where you can cool off. The cycling paths are generally easy to navigate, with a few inclines that may require some fitness.
