The Best of Team Member on Tour Moments 2025

Pedaling Through the Seasons
Palma de Mallorca

Our Eurobike team is gathered outdoors, soaking up the last rays of sunshine. The bikes are tucked away in the garage, being prepared for the next cycling season. Behind us are 19 Team Member on Tour adventures that took us to some of Europe’s most stunning places in 2025. Along the way, we didn’t just discover beautiful destinations — we also created memories to last a lifetime. As we look back on our favorite tours, we’d love to share our 2025 Best-of Moments with you.

Palma de Mallorca
19 Cycling Tours – Active Cycling Moments

From Austria’s most beautiful lakes to Italy’s most popular highlight tours, our Eurobike team was once again on the road across many regions this year — testing every detail of our cycling tours and continuously fine-tuning them. Just as each tour has its own unique character, every season brings its own magic to our Team Member on Tour adventures: from spring’s blossoming landscapes to summer rides that invite a refreshing swim, and finally to autumn, when golden hues transform nature into a stunning display.

Enjoying Spring on Two Wheels

A cycling tour in spring is something truly special. As nature awakens, the first flower buds begin to bloom, and the gentle warmth of the sun draws you outside, some of the most beautiful cycling routes are waiting to be discovered. Inspired by the magic of spring, our team spent unforgettable cycling vacations in Holland, on Majorca, and along the IJsselmeer.

Holland’s Most Beautiful Cities with Nicole

Easy

This tour takes you through some of Holland’s most beautiful cities—Amsterdam, The Hague, Rotterdam, Gouda, and Utrecht—and it completely captivated our team-member Nicole. Along the way, you’ll discover charming little spots where you can admire windmills, wander through endless tulip fields, and stock up on Gouda cheese. The tour also includes a rather unusual highlight, one you don’t encounter every day.

“The cycle path winds directly through the carefully engineered structures along the rivers and meadows. To cross to the other side, you’ll occasionally need to hop on a small raft, which you propel yourself by turning a crank. Sometimes, a tiny ferry is available instead, adding a touch of adventure to the journey.”

Majorca Loop Tour with Katharina

Athletic

For Katharina, the focus was on discovering Majorca’s quieter corners, far from party streets and tourist crowds. No all-inclusive resorts, no package vacations—just genuine encounters with locals, the landscape, and the culture. She was especially captivated by the west of the island, where the Tramuntana Mountains presented the occasional challenge.

“We’re both reasonably fit, but you really have to pace yourself. There are spots where I break a sweat—not just from the sun. But the views from the top make every effort worthwhile. Gorg Blau, tucked between the mountains, almost looks like something out of a movie.”

Around the IJsselmeer with Andrea

Easy

The IJsselmeer is famous as a paradise for sailors and windsurfers—but cyclists have plenty to enjoy as well. In May, Andrea embarked on the “Around the IJsselmeer” cycling tour with her son. Despite the occasional raindrop and less-than-perfect weather, they were still able to take in several highlights along the route.

Summer Vibes on Two Wheels

Summer offers countless opportunities to discover new places on two wheels. Our colleagues also took advantage of the warm days for a cycling tour. Whether exploring the charming Friuli region, riding along the route from Merano to Lake Garda, or cycling the family-friendly Tauernradweg, their journeys were always filled with special experiences and unforgettable summer moments.

Friuli Loop Tour with Stefanie

Medium

Ever since it was added to the 2024 travel program, Stefanie had her eye on this cycling tour. This summer, she and her husband set off to explore Friuli by bicycle, accompanied by quiet villages, bright yellow cornfields, and the occasional scenic stop along the way.

“One stop worth making is at Castello di Colloredo, which impresses with its historic charm and views of the surrounding landscape. After that, things get a bit sporty: a short but steep climb takes us up to San Daniele. The effort is well worth it. In the heart of town, right across from the basilica, we treat ourselves to the famous San Daniele ham. Thinly sliced and air-dried, it reveals its full flavor—especially when paired with a glass of local wine and a view of the piazza.”

Merano to Lake Garda with Bettina

Easy

Bettina cycled from Merano to Lake Garda with her family. On smooth, easy-to-ride cycle paths and mostly flat stages, they could fully enjoy the stunning scenery. Sparkling rivers, endless apple orchards, and charming villages lined their route on this cycling vacation. One experience, in particular, left a lasting impression on Bettina.

“On the following stages from Merano to Trento, apple orchards and, occasionally, vineyards guide our way. The sweet scent of the apples and their bright red color were almost irresistible, tempting you to stop and pick them — but we don’t dare! Along the roadside, we notice huge crates at the edge of the fields. It quickly becomes clear that the apples are already ripe, and numerous harvesters are beginning to pick them, sometimes by hand, sometimes by machine, carefully storing them in the crates for transport. In the end, we just can’t resist the juicy red apples and pick one ourselves. It’s still a bit tart, but wonderfully crisp — just the way we like it. We’re excited at the thought of hopefully being able to buy these apples in our store soon — DELICIOUS.”

Tauern Tour for Families with Johanna

Medium

On this multi-generational adventure, Johanna and her family hop on their bikes to explore part of the Tauern Tour for Families — focusing on the Maishofen region. Along the way, they soak up countless unforgettable moments and take in breathtaking natural sights that delight both young and old.

“About half an hour later, we reach the base station of the Schmittenhöhebahn. The ride up was short but still got our hearts pumping. In glorious sunny weather, we glide effortlessly to 1,965 meters above sea level in the modern gondola. Up there, an incredible panorama unfolds: the turquoise Zeller See stretches out below, framed by the majestic peaks of the Hohe Tauern.”

Fall Cycling Tours

When the leaves slowly turn brilliant shades, the air grows clearer, and the light softens, the perfect cycling season begins. Our colleagues set out to discover the golden fall along Majorca’s scenic coastal roads and on local routes like the Tauern Loop Trail. Between breathtaking panoramas and moments of indulgence, there were also a few sporty challenges to keep things exciting.

The Grand Majorca Loop Tour – Sporty Edition with Vanessa

Athletic

Breathtaking views, varied stages, and picturesque coastal roads — this perfect combination thrilled Vanessa and her mother on the new Majorca Loop Tour. The constant shift between scenic mountain landscapes and the sparkling sea offered everything a cyclist’s heart could desire. A sporty highlight awaited them in Pollença.

“Pollença greets us with Mediterranean charm and a rich history. For anyone with the energy and the legs, the famous 365 steps of Calvary Hill are a must-climb — at the top, an incredible panorama unfolds, stretching over the rooftops of the town all the way to the Tramuntana Mountains.”

Tauern Loop Tour with Anna

The Tauern Loop Tour delivers exactly what it promises: challenging climbs, relaxing descents, waterfalls, gorges, cozy evenings — and the great feeling of exploring your own homeland together.

“In Lofer, we dare to do something you wouldn’t expect in September: take a dip in the river. The water of the Saalach is freezing — or as the locals say, ‘zapfig’. Yet the sun, even in mid-September, still has enough power to warm us up again, and the feeling afterward is unbeatable!”
